The Company's business consists principally of attracting deposits from the general public and using those funds to originate loans for residential, consumer, commercial and construction purposes. The Company's primary market area for lending and attracting deposits is principally Tangipahoa and the adjacent Parishes of Livingston and St. Tammany.
